Eddie Deluca is a top notch seller and buyer agent. He helped us to sell our home and found our dream home! He works hard to ensure all the transactions and each step of the process go smooth. He's professional, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. He was available to talk to us even after business hours, late Evenings on weekends and during his overseas vacation. He is very honest, he found valuables in the house that we were selling and return them to us. He's also our property manager for our rental home for the past 10 years. We had a great experience with Akash with selling our home. He promptly did an initial Inspection and he had some recommendations which we followed so our home would be in optimal condition for selling. Those recommendations were excellent as it made our house clean and presentable for showings. He helped us with his photography and staging resources so we could market our house in the best way possible. We worked together regarding dates to go live , and upon going live he kept us in the loop with regard to all appointments etc. As we received multiple offers, he helped us sort through them to determine the strongest and we countered them strategically. Once we were under contract, he was still there for us in terms of answering questions, inspections and other walkthroughs until the day we closed. All in all we felt well informed throughout the process, all of our needs were met and we were guided correctly throughout.
