Lisa is the best! She was very patient and showed me a lot of homes. I had a wide search area and didn't have a lot of criteria for my new home. She took me out on multiple visits to view properties. I never felt rushed into any decisions. With her help, I purchased a HUD home with a 203k loan and Lisa was incredibly helpful to keep all the pieces moving and working together in a complicated process. It was no easy task! Lisa also provided other experts for me to discuss the process with before deciding to purchase the HUD home and plan my rehab. She took time to help me in every way she could.
