He is very straightforward regarding the housing market and interest rates. He went out of his way to accommodate our needs even though most of the time I had questions and he was always available to respond (he will call right away). He always think positively. He communicated effectively and negotiated to ensure our satisfaction. He went through the listing, browsing, and negotiation process. We finally got our home more than what we expected and It was perfect! Really dream come true with his help. And our home was appraised more than what it should have been.
