“Real Estate Kate” Kate Snyder
Kate Snyder, or “Real Estate Kate,” as she is also known, is a real estate agent…and much more. Kate serves the community, and realty is just one part of that service. As a full-time real estate agent since 2004 at RE/MAX Realty Group, she is part of a team of hardcore, professional Realtors®. Kate is licensed in Maryland and services home buyers, sellers, renters and investors.
For Kate, the fullest and ultimately most important “value” of property is in its owners, the neighbors—the people (and the animals, too, of course). Kate loves teaching, planning, guiding, coaching and mentoring, and she spreads those talents and passions throughout the community. She is extremely passionate about giving back to the community that has given so much to her.
In addition to giving back in charitable ways – for example sharing a portion of each real estate commission with Children's Miracle Network and making a monthly contribution to K9 Lifesavers, she’s an active volunteer with K9 Lifesavers, a local dog-rescue organization for which she organizes and runs a dog adoption event once every month at PetSmart in Germantown. She LOVES dogs and can often be seen walking around the lakes in her community with her pack of 5. When Kate is around dog people, she plugs her realty business. Her slogan: "Helping people and their canines find a FURever home!!!!"
An avid sports enthusiast too – playing, watching and coaching – she is an Assistant Girl’s Softball Coach at Montgomery College. Because they share a common interest, most of her business comes from her loyal clientele in the dog and sports communities.
RE/MAX's mission statement – "To be the World wide real estate leader, achieving our goals, while focusing on the shared mission to help others. Everybody wins!" truly resonates with Kate’s style of business. Kate Snyder wants to be the local real estate leader and achieve her goals while focusing on the shared mission to help others so that everybody wins! She works hard in real estate, always firmly and passionately committed to helping the people of her community.
