Rachel helped us buy our house in Bowie in 2004, and she helped us sell it in the fall of 2020. When we knew we were going to put out house on the market Rachel came and did a walkthrough with us to identify strengths of the property, and places where we should consider improvements. She also arranged for staging and photography when we were ready for the listing to go live. She listened carefully to what our preferences were and did everything she could to get us what we wanted. She was available throughout the process whenever we had questions. We were very happy with the result of her services. We sold our house quickly for an amount that was fair for us and the buyer. We were extremely happy with Rachel's services. We recommend her unreservedly, and the only reason that she didn't help us buy our new house us that we relocated to the Midwest.

Watching the agent promote the property online by photos made me very interested in suite 1003. On the day of the open house, the apartment was emasculate , very attractive. Free of dogs, cats, and children and the champagne offer was spectacular . The daycour allowed me to visualize what the apartment could look like . I decided to sell all my old shabby furniture. The discussions which followed after we made an offer convinced me that we have a willing seller who was not willing to negotiate. Revealing that the windows needed work convinced me that she was indeed an ethnical agent and seller. The fact that she left me TV sets and other items convinced me that she was ready to move as soon as possible . Sign a very contented buyer Diane Keaton ( and I'm in great health )

As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I were looking for a realtor who could help us navigate this foreign process. Family members of ours had purchased a home with Chris years prior and recommended that we reach out to him for help. We are so thankful that we did. While searching for about 18 months in a sellers' market, Chris was patient and devoted to helping us find not just a house that met some of our criteria, but the best place for us to invest our savings and create a home. He sent us specific listings (not automatic search results) and kept an eye out for homes coming on the market that could better meets our needs than what was currently available. He was always free for home tours and came prepared with knowledge of both the house and the neighborhood (e.g., schools, nearby amenities, builder/floorplans/models). We never felt rushed while touring as Chris was also checking on important features of the house (e.g., age of HVAC, water heater, appliances, roof). When we were ready to pursue a purchase, Chris made recommendations for how to strengthen our offer, both initially and during negotiations regarding appraisal, but made sure we were comfortable with what was put forward. He also referred us to a great lender (John Petersen at TD Bank), who helped us lock in a relatively low interest rate. Once our offer was accepted, Chris ensured that all of the next steps happened in a timely manner. At the final walkthrough, Chris not only helped us check the house's condition, but also explained how the final cash-to-close had been determined so we didn't have any surprises when signing. Even after closing, Chris has still been available to answer questions. We are so grateful for his help and plan to work with him again in the future!
