Susan and team did a very good job selling our house above the asking price. In fact, the selling price set a record for the highest house price sold in the community! Susan and her team, especially Crista, were very responsive. From my initial inquiry, they were the fastest realtors to respond and presented an objective perspective, not just what I wanted to hear. My husband I just purchased a home with the help of Brooke from the Susan Romm Team and she was fantastic! Since we are relocating for a new job, it was really important that we were able to find a home and get to closing quickly. Brooke worked very hard to show us homes at an expedited pace (we saw +15 in a week!) and helped us close on our home in exactly 1 month from our first day of touring houses. Brooke, with assistance from Crista, did an excellent job of helping us negotiate the price of the sale, keep track of home buying tasks, and kept the process moving forward. The team's organization and responsiveness was greatly appreciated and we really enjoyed working with them.
