We’ve used Tonya for three transactions over the years. She is one in a million! She cares about her clients. Ensuring they are taken care of is the most important thing to her. She goes the extra mile, even shoveling snow for them! She’s very communicative and ALWAYS available. Watching the agent promote the property online by photos made me very interested in suite 1003. On the day of the open house, the apartment was emasculate , very attractive. Free of dogs, cats, and children and the champagne offer was spectacular . The daycour allowed me to visualize what the apartment could look like . I decided to sell all my old shabby furniture. The discussions which followed after we made an offer convinced me that we have a willing seller who was not willing to negotiate. Revealing that the windows needed work convinced me that she was indeed an ethnical agent and seller.
