We were getting discouraged because there weren't that many properties that met our criteria and when we found a property we were competing with many offers. Not only did Sofia find the perfect home for us but we did not have to compete and we got some closing cost assistance. We did not think it was possible in this market. The home she found for us is beautiful, newer and very spacious as we needed a lot of space because we are a family of five. We are happy Sofia was our realtor and I highly recommend her as she is very knowledgeable, caring and very motivated.
