When I reached out to Lakisha to sale my condo, I knew that I wanted her to be my realtor. When I met her, I gained more than a professional contact, I knew I made a new friend. She was there when I reached out to her. If she didn’t know the answer, she got back to me right away. Lakisha Bushrod has your best interest at heart. She appraised my condo more than I had and it sold for the appraised price. She is professional, kind, very knowledgeable, courteous and my angel through the whole process. If you’re looking for a good realtor, call Lakisha. She will get the job done for you!!! I miss working with her already.

Sofia was very professional and extremely proactive in finding the perfect home for us. We were getting discouraged because there weren't that many properties that met our criteria and when we found a property we were competing with many offers. Not only did Sofia find the perfect home for us but we did not have to compete and we got some closing cost assistance. We did not think it was possible in this market. The home she found for us is beautiful, newer and very spacious as we needed a lot of space because we are a family of five. We are happy Sofia was our realtor and I highly recommend her as she is very knowledgeable, caring and very motivated.
