We were new to buy a retirement home. I few things we would do differently. Not so sure it was in our best interest to have one realtor to represent both the buyers and the sellers. It was her first time dealing with a manufacture home so she had to research some of our questions - which she did and did get back with us on the answers. We were out of state buyers so that complicates things also.

Simon went above and beyond for us. He always available and was on our side with negotiations and issues we had, not pressuring us to get the deal done, but do what was best for us. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell, he was a pleasure to work with.
