Short Story: Kym is knowledgeable, trustworthy, punctual, empathetic, and a pleasure to work with! Long Story: I was a first time homebuyer and had finally saved up enough to get into a house. I had done research but still lacked much experience and knowledge, and Kim had seemingly endless patience answering my incessant questions and explaining anything I needed in further detail.
