Ms. Tripp is by far and away the best agent ever. My wife and I had previously been dealing with an agent who did the bare minimum so we didn't know what it was like to have a truly special agent. She showed us a house the same day we found it with no notice, put in our offer that night and consistently gave us updates. She literally begged the other agent to trust that our offer would stand up to others even though it was FHA (I saw the text messages). She wouldn't take no for an answer and because of that I am in the home of my dreams. I would(will) choose her again when it's time for me to sale and look for another dream house. I know she will do what it takes to get us the best offer as well as find us another amazing home. I can't say enough about her charm and willingness to do anything possible to make us feel comfortable and assist throughout the process. This market can being trying for new homeowners but we always felt like we were in good hands and we were. Thank you again for everything.

This was the second time I worked with Doug and Tiffany Russell, and I am so glad I got to work with them again. They helped me purchase my home in 2022 and helped me sell it in 2025. As a new homeowner, 2025 was the first time I had ever sold a home, and Doug and Tiffany made the process so easy. They staged the home beautifully, and the listing photos looked amazing. Tiffany and Doug checked in with me frequently to update me on showings and ask if there was anything else they could do for me. They gave me honest answers to tough questions, and I always felt like they genuinely cared about me. When I received an offer, they guided me through many rounds of counteroffers to help me negotiate a fair price. They also got a second estimate on repairs that the buyer requested and personally went to the house to look at the issue. I am so grateful that I got to work with Tiffany and Doug again, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone seeking a realtor.
