I was referred to Michael by a friend. I was planning a move from out of state to a permanent residence in Bradenton/Sarasota. I made 2 trips to the area and was looking for a new job as well. I met Michael during my weeklong visit, though we had already been communicating via email and he was very conscientious about my budget needs and my "wish list".
