Andrea was extremely knowledgeable in all areas involving the sale of my home. She did her research and was eventually able to list my house higher than originally expected. The open house was phenomenal with great interest and turnout. A colleague dropped in to deliver Andrea some paperwork and ended up assisting her with the over flow of potential clients, a testimonial to the agents at Hearth and Reality. Paul was truly exceptional. From the first day we made contact he organized things quickly to met our timeline and got us showings right away. I was very impressed with his level of knowledge about the market in Maine. Paul made himself available for home tours and was able to help us find the right home in less than a weekend.
