Paul was truly exceptional. From the first day we made contact he organized things quickly to met our timeline and got us showings right away. I was very impressed with his level of knowledge about the market in Maine. Paul made himself available for home tours and was able to help us find the right home in less than a weekend. During the whole process his responsiveness was incredible, during that time he did an incredible amount of information gathering about the home, and was a great mediator in negotiating with the seller. The seller was demanding and had some big asks from time to time but Paul was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat, he really looked out for us and had our best interests in mind. When I am looking to buy again I will not hesitate to call Paul.

Their were several hiccups in the process of buying this particular house, none of which were Paul's fault ( all seller and title issue). But he helped navigate and make the process easier. Eventually got the house and am happy in it with my family. Thank you paul.
