Paul was truly exceptional. From the first day we made contact he organized things quickly to met our timeline and got us showings right away. I was very impressed with his level of knowledge about the market in Maine. Paul made himself available for home tours and was able to help us find the right home in less than a weekend. During the whole process his responsiveness was incredible, during that time he did an incredible amount of information gathering about the home, and was a great mediator in negotiating with the seller. The seller was demanding and had some big asks from time to time but Paul was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat, he really looked out for us and had our best interests in mind.
