He was extremely helpful, thoughtful and patient with us. You won't find a better agent around and we were very lucky to find someone like him.
He was young but very professional. Everything went fairly smoothly. I was a little irritated that I had to pay for heating oil on closing. Previous owner was getting HEAP from the state. Not sure why I had to pay for his heating assistance. Other than that things went smoothly. Good job oj Paul's part.

Paul did a great job on a tuff sale. I was trying to sell the home on my own thinking saving money was the way to go but then Paul showed me different strategies and different marketing ideas to get more interest in our home he didn’t excellent job executing on communication and documents I say it was a very difficult sale due to it was a mobile home in a mobile home park that had very strict and thorough guidelines He found me the right buyer who was able to pass everything the mobile home park required give him a chance and u will see.Even after the sale he still helped us look at other homes even though we weren’t able to find one that fit our price range or a floor plan lol but he was still friendly and courteous after the sale and that is most important to us…
