There were so many things that needed to happen to get this house ready for the sale. Jocelyn used her many connections to get me in touch with painters, cleaners, landscapers, repair people, really anyone who I needed to get the job done. Not only did she get me the contact information, she set up jobs and was available to be at the property to oversee the work. (Remember, I live hours from this property). She was also extremely patient with answering my frequent and possibly excessive questions. Jocelyn was completely honest, transparent, hardworking, and absolutely trustworthy. It almost makes me sad that I don't have another house to sell in her area. I definitely recommend her!
