She is knowledgeable about the towns in Maine as well as attractions and things that would appeal to us about a town/neighborhood. With her help we found a place that exceeds our expectations and will make a beautiful home. Cindy thinks of everything, she is detail oriented and gets things done correctly and quickly.

I hired Jocelyn to sell my late father's house. I contacted her and it turns out that she sold this house to my father over 20 years ago! She was the perfect choice. I live a few states away so it was imperative that I had an agent I could trust to be honest and to get the job done. There were so many things that needed to happen to get this house ready for the sale. Jocelyn used her many connections to get me in touch with painters, cleaners, landscapers, repair people, really anyone who I needed to get the job done. Not only did she get me the contact information, she set up jobs and was available to be at the property to oversee the work. (Remember, I live hours from this property). She was also extremely patient with answering my frequent and possibly excessive questions. Jocelyn was completely honest, transparent, hardworking, and absolutely trustworthy. It almost makes me sad that I don't have another house to sell in her area. I definitely recommend her!

Most importantly, Kyle listens: what you are looking for becomes exactly what he is looking for. He's smart and he'll hustle for you -- at whatever pace you want to set.
