She knows exactly what you need to do to successfully sell your house. The 2 we had her help with selling, they both sold within 2 months. Buying our current home, she taught us what to look for. You definitely want her there with you though because she has an eagle eye in finding the good and bad in a home. She is very honest, friendly, responds extremely fast with any needs you may have.
