We have had 3 experiences working with Barb. Two selling a house and one buying. She knows her field very well and what she doesn't know, she finds out quickly. She knows exactly what you need to do to successfully sell your house. The 2 we had her help with selling, they both sold within 2 months. Buying our current home, she taught us what to look for. You definitely want her there with you though because she has an eagle eye in finding the good and bad in a home. She is very honest, friendly, responds extremely fast with any needs you may have. Definitely won't leave you hanging as quite a few do. We love Barb, and our little girl now calls her Grandma B. She is "our realtor". You won't regret working with Barb. Love you Barb!
