Amy is outstanding! She was aware of what we were looking for, sent us a listing and scheduled a showing while she was sitting in the doctor's with bronchitis. She met us in a downpour after she left the doctor's, office. It was exactly what we were looking for so we made an offer and she submitted it and informed the seller's agent it was a strong offer and we wanted an answer the next morning. Our offer was accepted! She advocated for us with a difficult loan officer and we bought our. forever home. Then, she listed our home and sold it to the first person who saw it. She accomplished all of this is 30 days. She answered every call we made to her and she was always professional. We have discovered that she goes above and beyond for her clients and is familiar with every aspect of the house selling. We have had positive experiences with the inspector, electrician, movers and plumber she recommended. We always felt we were her most important client, knowing she had many more.
