Eric was referred to me by my realtor in Alabama and did not disappoint. He listed my house in Slidell and we had a contract within 35 days. I actually had three contracts on the property. Eric and I spoke over the phone regularly; he was available at any time, and made an out of state sale pretty much worry free. I am impressed enough with Eric that he is the selling agent for a property in New Orleans. That house is under cash contract only 40 days after initial listing. He is professional, on point at all times, and, most importantly, makes his client feels like the client is #1.

I have worked with Cheryl for at least 20 years. My sister had 6 rental properties at one point and I used Cheryl as my agent for each one. I depended on her for her real estate knowledge and if anything needed to be done, she was so efficient. If she couldn’t “fix” it, she knew who could. She always made herself available and would go above and beyond. She was very professional with each sale in the last 2 years. I just cannot say enough positive things about Cheryl. Her clients are so fortunate to have her on their side. You can’t find another agent who will work as hard as Cheryl for her client.
