She is a professional, easy to communicate with and highly responsive to client concerns and question; additionally she is patient and allows the customer to 'get there' - she does not use any pushy tactics to close the deal and seems to have a very pragmatic approach to helping the client. We would use her again and in fact we have already referred her to others interested in buying a property in the area.

She is extremely professional. She steered me though the entire process and "held my hand" all the way through.
