Lydia Clark

Lydia is the most amazing realtor I have ever met! She immediately came up with a sales and marketing plan to sell my home and had tons of ideas that I never had thought of. She is extremely professional. She steered me though the entire process and "held my hand" all the way through. She got my house sold in 3 weeks and helped me to find a rental place for me to live after an exhaustive search. She had the patience of a saint! Most of the other realtors I have previously worked with were part-time while they had another job. Not Lydia! She is a full time professional realtor and that professionalism is demonstrated everyday in her knowledge and enthusiasm. She is extremely knowledgeable and helped me solve problems re the home sale, and other problems I had that had nothing to do with real-estate. She could not be more helpful. She is extremely accessible by phone, email, and text. She is just "all over it!". She is also deeply rooted in the communities that she serves, which is a huge plus. I recommend her highly!!!
