                As an out of area administrator, I am grateful for having met and worked with Lori Aronsohn and her colleague Patricia So.  The subject property had been in the same family for nearly sixty years and due to the health of the surviving member suffered from neglect and deferred maintenance.  It provided great peace of mind to have met and worked with Lori and Patricia during this process.  They were professional and responsive without being overbearing or ‘pushy’.  Communication was clear on the steps needed for cleaning and rehabilitating the property for sale.  We worked well together in coordinating and choosing contractors during the necessary steps for clean up and basic repairs.  They had contacts available and at the same time welcomed my suggestions for alternative contractors for specific tasks.  We worked well together and they functioned as my ‘on the ground’ managers.  Their demeanor during the listing, showing, and escrow phases, brought us into contact with quality buyers, agents, and escrow officers.  The requirements of the probate process were understood throughout.  I recommend without reservation.

Gladys is the best agent I have ever worked with, She takes the time to listen to what you need and what you like. She goes out of her way to find the perfect home. She is very kind and patient. No matter how many times you change your mind in which city you would like to live. She does not give up and looks out for you and your investment. She takes the time, will not rush you, push or try to convince you to buy the first house you see. She worked with my family for 3 months with out a complaint and helped us find the house we can call home not something that we would have regret. We lived in our previous home for 19 years, I didn't think we would be able to find another house we can call home but thanks to Gladys that was possible. Kara is a really great agent! She helped with the sale price with the use of the analysis reports. I had to go thru Probate and she stuck my me during the process and we put the property back on the market until it was sold about a week later!
