We did things a little backwards and found a house we loved before our house was even on the market. We made a contingent offer and Tracy helped us have our house on the market within a week of making that offer. Overall it was a great experience and we were able to sell our house and get into our dream home pretty seamlessly even doing it a bit backwards.
