Kim is very dependable and accessible. Her company did everything first for an estate sale including hiring another group to empty the house after the estate sale and donate to charitable needs. Then, she had the house cleaned and advertised the sale. The showings started and after 5 showings within 2 weeks we had an offer that went through to closing.
