Alina represented us as buyers. We are moving to North Carolina from out of state. We started out by asking Alina to show us all around Lake Norman so we could get familiar with the areas and the home values. Alina is such a great relator that she found us our dream home within weeks when we anticipated that it would take many months. We are overjoyed with her comprehensive knowledge of the industry and the areas around Lake Norman. Alina professionally advised us every step of the way through the process and the due diligence period. Alina did not miss a beat with the extra hurdles and challenges with our transaction because we were out of state. Alina also negotiated extremely well achieving a high reduction in price for the few needed repairs. We could not be happier with her representation, and we would definitely hire her again in a heartbeat. Alina and her husband even invited us into their own home and took us out on their boat so we could view the lake. We highly recommend Alina for all of your real estate needs, desires, and dreams! We are so grateful for her, and we cannot wait for many happy years ahead.
