They were willing to let us explore new cities when it came to house hunting and that really helped us figure out the best place for us to look into. Karen was/is a gem. I came across this condo & I got ahold of her & told her I had to have it. It's a long story but I knew in my heart that I had to have this condo & Karen went way out of her way to make this possible. Always available for me whether to answer questions, to find out info for me ...she was always available. When it came time to make an offer she knew what she was doing & that's how I got it. It got to where I wasn't calling her Karen...I was calling her my Guardian Angel. I thank God I met Karen & I chose Karen to be not only my realtor but my friend & most certainly my Guardian Angel.
