Susan helped me buy my dream condo on Sanibel. After she showed me several possibilities, I knew which condo complex I wanted to live in. None of the condos that were on the market at that time suited me, though. She heard that a condo in the location within the complex (a certain building on a specific floor) was going to come on the market. She contacted me immediately, I flew down to see the unit, and was able to buy it before it officially went on the market. She helped me negotiate a price I was very happy with. The condo needed a complete renovation ( which is what I wanted) and Susan also recommended a contractor who did a wonderful job for me, on time and in budget. I love my condo, but if I ever win the lottery and can buy a more expensive place on Sanibel, I will definitely use Susan to help me sell this condo and find my new one.
