The difference was Linda's being there to show potential Buyers, not just our unit, but she also took them on a tour of all of the amenities which Grand Isles has to offer, and provided potential Buyers with the benefits of living there. I truly believe that Linda's hard work, pleasant demeanor and honesty was instrumental in our arriving at a rapid agreement to sell our unit.
