Although there were some repairs and significant issues to the property, Glenn did extensive research to make us familiar with all the issues before purchasing. After some back and forth with the sellers agent, Glenn was able to get some items repaired by the seller in an agreement. The purchase was my quickest closing ever experienced in 28 years.
