When Facebook selected Glenn as my agent it was divine intervention because I know him from previously working together. On the first property, we started the purchase process but unfortunately the Condo Management was able to match my offer at the last minute according to their bylaws. What a disappointment and a waste of time for all parties: buyer, seller and realtor. However, Glenn didn't give up and helped us look for other properties for sale in the area. Based on our budget, we found two other properties but was not what we really wanted. Eventually we found a property that was a good fit and was reduced to meet our budget. Although there were some repairs and significant issues to the property, Glenn did extensive research to make us familiar with all the issues before purchasing. After some back and forth with the sellers agent, Glenn was able to get some items repaired by the seller in an agreement. The purchase was my quickest closing ever experienced in 28 years.
