When Facebook selected Glenn as my agent it was divine intervention because I know him from previously working together. On the first property, we started the purchase process but unfortunately the Condo Management was able to match my offer at the last minute according to their bylaws. What a disappointment and a waste of time for all parties: buyer, seller and realtor. However, Glenn didn't give up and helped us look for other properties for sale in the area. Based on our budget, we found two other properties but was not what we really wanted. Eventually we found a property that was a good fit and was reduced to meet our budget. Although there were some repairs and significant issues to the property, Glenn did extensive research to make us familiar with all the issues before purchasing. After some back and forth with the sellers agent, Glenn was able to get some items repaired by the seller in an agreement. The purchase was my quickest closing ever experienced in 28 years.

Glen was a great help to me while I was buying my house. I am not from the kc area so he gave me insight that was extremely helpful in making my ultimate decision.

Glenn was an amazing agent for my wife and I! My sister referred him to us, because they had used him to help them find and buy their home before. He was very quick to reply, had a great attitude, and great knowledge on homes. He genuinely cares about what will be the best fit for you and it is important to him that you find a good deal. He is unbiased, but not afraid to teach and help. It took us awhile to finally get our hands on the home for us, and Glenn stuck with us all the way through with a smile on his face! I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a home, and will be sending more family and friends his way in the future!

Glenn wasted no time in finding various properties based on the criteria that we gave him. Once we found one that suited us, he kept us informed every step of the way during the process. Once we were under contract, he even agreed to take time out of his day to let us view the house again for the purpose of taking measurements for our planned remodel! We spent over an hour and he never complained. He took our questions to the sellers no matter how small and got answers that help us make decisions. He was obviously there at the closing and even arrived way before we did just to pull a few weeds out of the walkway. Great service and I would highly recommend Mr. Mosher to anyone!
