Our most recent house purchase was a process and Glenn was wonderful every step of the way. He’s very knowledgeable and will be very honest with you. He was very patient with us while we prepared our previous home for listing and while house hunting. When we opted to go in a different direction and go under under contract on a house that was still under construction, Glenn helped us navigate this unknown process and was there to make sure we got what we wanted in our new house. Glenn helped us through three total transactions. We bought a home with him, and in a year was able to sell it for much more than we purchased it for. At the same time, he helped us with our current home. We used Glenn because he has an incredible amount of local knowledge and also has a great eye for quality. He also warned us off of a couple of places that, on the surface looked really good, but upon actual touring, there were just too many issues to deal with and Glenn was able to point some of those out. Of the three transactions we conducted with him, two were purchases and we ended up buying each for less than they actually appraised which gave us instant equity. Glenn was professional and punctual at all times and we would recommend him to anyone.

Glenn was a great representative of our interests and was a pro-active problem solver when the VA and our lender slowed the process for our closing. Once we decided to buy, Glenn gave the right advice on how to express our interest without appearing overzealous. Everything was going swimmingly with a VA loan from a very veteran-friendly lender (Glenn is a veteran too), when the VA appraiser started dragging their feet and slowing down the process, causing our closing to be delayed. Glenn immediately got involved, energized the lender's agents, and, through them, the VA appraiser, to get us back on track. Glenn uses a fantastic team of inspectors, appraisers, title company representatives, etc, that all performed their roles in a very timely fashion, and kept us informed every step of the way. We are writing to give a brief endorsement of our realtor, Glenn Mosher. We just purchased our first home together, and we are grateful to say that it is not the first home that we fell in love with. Our first choice seemed to be a great property at first glance. Fortunately, we listened to Glenn when he recommended that we have the home inspected. We actually went with the home inspector that he approved of, and that inspector proceeded to slam the house from roof to basement.
