We have bought and sold 7 homes, and the last two we employed the services of Lamont (Ben) Orr and his Park Side Realty Team, the Orr Team. We couldn't be happier, or more appreciative, for what they did for us. We had initially placed our Townhome on the market with another realty team last summer. Although we had a few interested parties, we never had the representation that it takes for the sellers (us) to follow through with potential buyers, and hence, it sat, unsold. When we met Ben he assured us that he and his Orr Team would work each and every day to insure that we not only attracted potential buyers, but would sell our Townhome in a timely fashion, and for a (more than) fair commission.
