We have purchased 2 homes in the past year with Kaitlyn Clark as our buyer agent. The first purchase was for our own home, the second purchase was for a rental home and involved a 1031 exchange. She did a lot of research to find the most suitable properties for us. Kaitlyn is very professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, has great communication skills, and is a good problem solver. Both transactions were complicated and Kaitlyn handled every issue that came up with thoughtful expertise in a professional and timely manner. She was always available to interact with us, other agents, and the title companies involved to get things taken care of expeditiously. So happy we chose Kaitlyn to represent us and will be referring her to friends and family!

We could not have been more pleased to partner with Kaitlyn on the sale of our home. She is knowledgeable, responsive, courteous, and always willing to dig in to resolve any issues with a steady hand. She gave us great advice on staging the home and brought in a talented photographer that created a professional online presence. Can’t recommend her enough!

Kaitlyn assisted with sale of my home in Oregon (by offering helpful hints about colors, open houses and working closely with the agent in Oregon). She went over and beyond for the purchase of my home in Colorado. It was a long drawn out process because of the market. She offered reassurance and kindness during the stressful time. She even took pictures of the house to remind me how much I loved it! This is the fourth home I have purchased and she is by far the best Realestate agent I have ever worked with- I highly recommend Kaitlyn!
