"I had a phenomenal experience working with Amy Black! As a first-time homeowner, buying a house before returning to Colorado from an overseas military assignment was completely intimidating. Amy transformed the experience into one that was fun and easy. She took time to understand my unique circumstances and helped me find a perfect house!! She helped me navigate every step of the process, to include the loan, the inspections, and a power of attorney. Even after closing, Amy continued to check in to ensure everything was in order before I was able to fly home. I could not have asked for a better home-buying partner!"
