Patty was thrown a curveball by picking up my property after my initial agent got sick. Patty handled things like a pro, getting all of the needed documentation together on short notice. She was incredibly flexible about meeting with me during the small window I would be in town at the house. Once I left Eugene, Patty took the lead on the sale.
