You can't ask for a better realtor. Jody understood how we felt about selling our dads home after he passed away. She made suggestions on how to transform the house into a space that would attract buyers and it certainly worked. We had offers the first day on the market. The whole selling process was straightforward and Jody answered any questions I had. She deserves more than 5 stars!
