Liss took our virtually unsellable property, spruced it up, made it shine, directed us toward necessary repairs & improvements, and got it sold for more than we could have ever hoped for. This was a 1973 mobile, refurbished over the years, but with multiple structural & mechanical problems and a horrible real estate market. Three other Realtors had already turned us down. Another had the listing for six months and gave up. Without Liss's continuous encouragement and her belief that someone would eventually "fall in love with it", we would have given up long ago. She wouldn't let us quit! Liss is not just a Realtor, she is a person of high ideals, character & work ethic. Whether the commission is $10,000 or $100, it doesn't matter to her, she will put in the same monumental effort for all of her customers. And she won't quit till the job is done. Any of you out there who happen to know Liss will understand that we are not exaggerating. Michele and I feel that she is now part of our family, a family member who made the impossible happen. And we are now basking in the joy of our new life which would not have been possible had we not chosen Liss as our agent. Love, MicheaL & Michele

Melissa Vu made everything easy for us on our home selling experience. She sent all the documents through email, and was quick to respond on everything. Her knowledge on all the aspects of Real estate was amazing, we felt very confident she had our best interests. She always is professional on how she looks, speaks, and delivers the situations good or bad. I wouldn't have anyone else in the future help us to buy a home or land other than Melissa Vu, she is the best in my book.

Melissa worked with me at all outs of the day into the late evening with questions that I had, she was a pleasure working with ! If I ever sell and buy again I would definitely be calling her !

Not only is Melisa a very kind and friendly person. She listens to what you’re looking for and doesn’t try to talk you into something that makes more money. So when I sold my house, I was like I have to have her help me. Find my new house no matter how long it takes. Melisa is well known around the area and takes pride and helping people find homes. In my honest opinion, it’s not about money for her. It’s not about the job for her. It’s about helping people finding their new home and getting a bonus along the way of those things. She is an A+ in my book and I recommend her to anyone looking for a house. Scott
