Great communication and efficiency

Julie did a great job handling this sale. The initial contract fell through with an issue found on buyers due diligence of this vacant lot (previously unknown to us). Julie was efficient at dealing with the issue, remarketing the property well, and resulting in a very satisfactory outcome when it looked like one would not be possible. Great job overall and I would recommend her highly (as proof of which I myself am using her again to sell more properties now).
