Brian is amazing. He was recommended very highly by one of our friends and once we started working with him it was clear why. Brian has a truly incredible amount of knowledge about the Seattle metropolitan area and keeps extremely close track of market trends. People who work with Brian will have the best and most up-to-date information which is so important for the current, competitive market. Brian is incredibly on top of listings. It really felt like if a home was listed for more than an hour Brian already knew about it (and had a thoughtful take on it), and if a home was listed for more than a day, there was a good chance Brian had visited it. You will not miss out on a home if you work with Brian. Brian is also extremely thoughtful, organized and collaborative. We had a large number of factors we cared about and Brian picked up on them right away and even helped us understand our own needs better. We could tell that he "got" what we were looking for with every prospective home he showed us and we were able to land an amazing house with his help. I would recommend Brian to anyone and everyone.
