Brian is amazing. He was recommended very highly by one of our friends and once we started working with him it was clear why. Brian has a truly incredible amount of knowledge about the Seattle metropolitan area and keeps extremely close track of market trends. People who work with Brian will have the best and most up-to-date information which is so important for the current, competitive market. Brian is incredibly on top of listings. It really felt like if a home was listed for more than an hour Brian already knew about it (and had a thoughtful take on it), and if a home was listed for more than a day, there was a good chance Brian had visited it. You will not miss out on a home if you work with Brian. Brian is also extremely thoughtful, organized and collaborative. We had a large number of factors we cared about and Brian picked up on them right away and even helped us understand our own needs better.
