I was so fortunate to have Roger Bintner, Sr. as my real estate agent. My husband had a stroke and I was with him eight hours a day in the hospital and rehab. My life was turned upside down but Roger said "don't worry about a thing, I will handle everything for you". He immediately took on the responsibility of remodeling my condo with little cost to me. He warned me not to put too much into it because I may not get a return on my investment. His team of contractors, and stagers did an amazing job in a very short time and Roger even helped clean and polish my hardwood floors and cleaned the decks and brought in some of his own planters and home decor items to add a special touch to the condo. His final photos were magnificent and brought in many potential buyers and real estate agents the first two days. I didn't have to do a thing and my condo sold the second day for a price that was more than I anticipated.
