As the home-sale process can be a trying and anxious time, Ashley always lent an air of positivity to the proceedings, and I never felt "out of the loop" as her communication skills were top-notch, whether on email, or via text/phone. I was always aware of deadlines during the sale process, and given the best advice when I asked about the many options and directions a seller can take along the way for the best chance of success.
