My impression with Macrena is unforgettable until now she treats me like family. On Thanksgiving 2024 I went to Las Vegas for 4 days weekend to look for a place (home) to live with my husband. I called more than 5 agents from Seattle thru google information to help me, but no agent available accept after thanksgiving for an appointment show, I called a lady name Macrena. She was very friendly on the phone & willing to help me and ready. I was so happy. I learn a lot about Las Vegas through her on the phone which area etc and she works her magic sent me properties, we communicated until I fly to Vegas. I went there on Wednesday Thanksgiving weekend I believe then on Friday and Saturday we searched the house. I didn’t decided or anything, but Macrena said have a nice flight home whatever decision she said contact me. Me & my husband returned to Seattle. We finally got the house beside helping me on the house, MacRena often ask for help & visited me to follow up, She didn’t do like other agent did while I sold my condo & the house in Seattle. Macrena brought me lots of food since I have to stay a month alone in Las Vegas for the house renovation before moving in after we purchased & I’m so thankful on that she didn’t it from the heart. She made everything easy for me and she also available 27/4 if I need anything she was there for me and I was very touched because I don't have family in Las Vegas and Macrena always gives me support and good information about Las Vegas until now.
