Lynn was available to work around our schedules and was not afraid to look at multiple homes in one day. We typically did not have more than one day available each week and we were able to see 3-6 homes each time. She came super prepared and was honest about her opinion to make sure we bought the best house. While closing there were some issues from the seller side that Lynn was on top of before we even called her about them. She was able to out negotiate and got us a great deal for our first home. She explained each process and understood that with being first time home buyers we were not as knowledgeable as other clients might be.

Lynn and her team were professional and supportive as we moved through the sale process. She provided excellent advice, and staged the unit attractively to highlight the best features. Greg has helped me buy one house and sell another. What struck me most about Greg - in contrast to some other agents who won't even answer a simple question without an exclusivity agreement - is that he is willing to take weeks or months investing in potential clients before even asking them to sign anything. This gesture of good will and faith is rare in today's transactional society. As an agent, Greg is not perfect but he is good. He communicates promptly and is generally available on short notice. As a buyer's agent, he tries to point out problems with properties and has some knowledge to back it up. As a seller's agent, he is willing to lend tools and even sometimes get his hands dirty doing repairs. In a time when agent commissions are higher than ever, Greg does more than most other agents to earn his pay.
