Carlos has assisted my family with home purchases for the past three generations! It’s been a pleasure working with Carlos and highly recommend him. Thank you Carlos for making this process stress free and easy!

We have depended on Carlos Sanchez of Solutions Realty over the years as our go-to guy for real estate transactions and questions. We trust Carlos and have a great comfort level being in Carlos’s good hands. Recently we had a complicated 3 property exchange: selling two houses and purchasing one with the added challenges of the COVID mess. Carlos is knowledgeable, guiding us through the pricing in this market, locating just the right property for our new investment and negotiating a very reasonable price for us, always keeping our interest and priorities first and foremost. Carlos is always responsive to our calls; patiently listening to concerns and answering our questions, of which there were many. We had the delicate balance of 3 escrows with a hard deadline. There was much to be coordinated and Carlos was on top of it all. Working with Carlos provided us significantly more than we expected to receive in the sale of our properties and a new property for our investment in our future. Carlos is easy to work with, knowledgeable, hardworking, a down to earth guy. We have comfort in knowing we are in his good hands.
